16 year old rising rugby star, Tanika Bonneville, training out of Elevation Fitness is currently representing U16 and U18 Team Canada rugby. She is enhancing her athletic ability with our ‘elevation method’ strength and conditioning program.









– Hang high pull: purpose – improve total body power and reactive strength.

– Resisted in-place high knee sprint drill: purpose – enhance running strength and power (acceleration). Improve body posture (forward lean) and stride frequency.

– Romanian deadlifts: purpose – improving lower body and core strength.

– Broad jumps (count how many jumps it takes to clear 10m): purpose – enhancing total body extension, quickness and Improve/measuring power through the lower body.
