The Bronco is a brutal New Zealand Rugby fitness test, designed to assess base levels of fitness:
– Mark out cones at 20m, 40m and 60m
– Start timing and go to 20 and back, 40 and back then 60 and back.
– Repeat this 5 times without rest to record a time.
The aim to get below 5 Minutes….
